Creating a dashboard
Go to Analytics → Dashboards
Open the Analytics section from the left navigation and select Dashboards.
Enter a name
Give your dashboard a name that reflects its audience or the question it answers. For example, Weekly payment volume or Vendor payables.
Optionally add a description
Add a short description so teammates understand the dashboard’s purpose at a glance.
Adding charts
Click Add chart in the top-right corner of the dashboard. In the chart builder:- Select a data source — any connected account or integration appears in the list.
- Choose a chart type from the options below.
- Configure the axes, dimensions, and any filters.
- Click Save chart to add it to the dashboard.
Bar
Compare payment volumes across categories or time periods.
Line
Show payment trends over time with continuous data points.
Number card
Display a single KPI like total settled amount or transaction count.
Pie / donut
Show payment method distribution as proportional slices.
Table
Display raw payment records with column-level filters applied.
Arranging the layout
Drag any chart to reposition it on the canvas. Resize a chart by dragging its bottom-right corner. Orkesta uses a 12-column grid, so charts snap to consistent column widths. When you are satisfied with the layout:- Click Edit layout to enter layout mode and make fine adjustments.
- Click Save layout to commit your changes.
Layout changes are saved separately from chart configuration. Saving a chart does not save the layout, and saving the layout does not affect chart settings.
Dashboard settings
Open the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner of any dashboard to access the following options:| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Rename | Change the dashboard name and description. |
| Duplicate | Create a copy of the dashboard with all its charts. |
| Auto-refresh | Set a refresh interval — 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minutes — for live monitoring. |
| Delete | Remove the dashboard. Charts themselves are not deleted and remain available for use on other dashboards. |
Sharing a dashboard
Click Share in the dashboard header to open the sharing panel.- Copy link — generates a direct URL to the dashboard.
- Access level — set to Workspace only (default) so only workspace members can view it, or Anyone with the link to allow external access without sign-in.
- Embed code — generates an
<iframe>snippet you can paste into external tools such as internal portals or BI platforms.
