Scheduled reports let you automate recurring payment insights to your stakeholders — no manual export needed. Reports run on your defined cadence and are delivered by email or Slack.

Creating a scheduled report

1

Open a saved report and click Schedule delivery

Navigate to Analytics → Reports, open the saved report you want to schedule, and click Schedule delivery in the report toolbar.
2

Set the frequency

Choose how often the report should run: daily, weekly, or monthly.
3

Choose the day and time

Select the delivery day and time. All times use your workspace timezone, which you can update in Workspace settings → General.
4

Click Next to configure recipients

Click Next to move to the recipient configuration step.

Choosing recipients

Enter one or more email addresses in the To field. Recipients do not need to be workspace members. Each delivery includes:
  • A summary header with the report name, period covered, and run timestamp.
  • An inline preview of the first 10 rows.
  • A link to view the full report in Orkesta.
  • An optional CSV attachment — enable this in the schedule settings if recipients need the raw data file.

Managing schedules

View and manage all active schedules at Analytics → Reports → Schedules. The following actions are available for each schedule:
ActionDescription
PauseSuspend delivery without deleting the schedule. Resume at any time.
EditUpdate the frequency, delivery time, or recipient list.
