Creating a scheduled report
Open a saved report and click Schedule delivery
Navigate to Analytics → Reports, open the saved report you want to schedule, and click Schedule delivery in the report toolbar.
Choose the day and time
Select the delivery day and time. All times use your workspace timezone, which you can update in Workspace settings → General.
Choosing recipients
- Email
- Slack
Enter one or more email addresses in the To field. Recipients do not need to be workspace members. Each delivery includes:
- A summary header with the report name, period covered, and run timestamp.
- An inline preview of the first 10 rows.
- A link to view the full report in Orkesta.
- An optional CSV attachment — enable this in the schedule settings if recipients need the raw data file.
Managing schedules
View and manage all active schedules at Analytics → Reports → Schedules. The following actions are available for each schedule:| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Pause | Suspend delivery without deleting the schedule. Resume at any time. |
| Edit | Update the frequency, delivery time, or recipient list. |
| Run now | Trigger an immediate delivery outside the normal cadence. |
| Delete | Permanently remove the schedule. The underlying report is not affected. |
Every scheduled email includes an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Recipients can remove themselves from a schedule without needing workspace access.
